All attendee and exhibitor pre-registration during February is at the onsite registration badge and course prices.

CDS member’s 2020 dues must be paid in full or the dentist must be enrolled in the online auto-dues payment plan to qualify for free registration to the 2020 MWM. If membership dues are paid online, please allow 48 hours to update membership information. Dues paid by check or over the telephone will take 2 weeks to process.

ADA member’s 2019 or 2020 dues must be current to register as an ADA member. Please contact your state society for membership information.

Each attendee must register for the Midwinter Meeting. Registration is required to obtain access to courses, exhibits and special events.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All Badge(s) and Daily Summary Course/Event cancellations or requests for refunds must be made in writing and received in the offices of Advanced Tradeshow Technologies, postmarked no later than February 6. No refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be processed after February 6. If your badge(s) and daily summary course/event itinerary have been mailed or received, they must be returned with the request for Cancellation / Refund. If your tickets have been produced and/or mailed, a $25 service and handling fee will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

While refunds are processed as received, please four (4) weeks after the MWM for processing refunds. No refund requests will be accepted onsite. No refunds will be processed without receipt of the badge(s) and/or daily summary tickets. Credit card registrations will be refunded to the original credit card, which expedites the refund process.

How to Use the Site:
This is a live registration process. Please be sure you have correctly selected all courses for yourself and/or your staff before final submission. Thirty (30) minutes of inactivity will cause the online registration session to expire. Newly entered (pending) information will not be retained. Your registration is not complete until you have received your confirmation number and/or reached Step 5. A confirmation notification will immediately be sent to the primary contact’s email address. Please check your junk mail and/or spam folders if our email does not appear in your mailbox.

Once your registration has been submitted, you will not be permitted to make any deletions online. Please submit your registration carefully. Errors must be reported immediately for correction by the registration vendor. Email cdscustomerservice@attregistration.com to contact a CDS Customer Service representative.

Mailing of Material:
Registration materials for all those who have registered residing in the United States, on/or before January 31, will be mailed in advance of the meeting. Any international attendee registrations processed after January 10 will be held for onsite printing at the e-ticket stations in General Registration.

Registration materials for those who register or add to an existing registration in February will also be held for onsite printing at the e-ticket stations in General Registration. Please allow time to wait in line.

All badge(s) and daily summary course/event itinerary and/or refund checks will be mailed to the individual who is designated as the primary contact.

Preregistration materials will begin to be mailed in the third week of November. If you have not received your preregistration materials by mail within 30 days of preregistering, please call 630.241.1371 or email cdscustomerservice@attregistration.com.

Please remember to bring your badge(s) and daily summary course/event itinerary. If you arrive at the Midwinter Meeting without these materials, you must have them reprinted at the Badge Reprint station located in the General Registration area in the West Building, Level 3 Concourse. A valid driver’s license or photo ID is required. You will be charged a non-refundable $25 fee to reprint badges onsite. Please allow time to wait in line before your course begins.
