FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS


Each attendee must register for the MWM. Registration is required to access courses, exhibits, events and CE certification.


CDS members must register for the meeting and are encouraged to use the online registration portal.

Registrant means another person on your registration. This can be a team member, spouse, child or guest.

This is a live registration process. Please be sure you have correctly selected all courses for yourself and your staff before final submission.


Thirty (30) minutes of inactivity will cause the online registration session to expire and all input will be lost. Your registration is incomplete until payment has been processed and you receive confirmation (Step 7).

Once you have completed your initial registration, you may add a registrant, add courses or events or make changes from November 1 through February 20 by revisiting the registration site at https://cds.attregistration.com/.


Adjustments can be made by contacting the registration vendor directly at cds-mwm@attregistration.com or 888.696.2446.

No refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be processed after February 6. If badges have already been mailed, a $25 service and handling fee will be deducted from the refund per badge. All registration cancellations or refund requests must be emailed to cds-mwm@attregistration.com no later than February 6.


While refunds are processed as received, please allow up to four (4) weeks after the MWM for refunds to be processed. Credit card registrations will be refunded to the original credit card, which expedites the refund process.

CDS members: If membership dues are paid online, please allow two business days to update membership information. Dues paid by check or telephone will take approximately two weeks to process. CDS Members who sign up for the auto-dues renewal or installment payment plans in Illinois will be presumed paid and allowed to register as soon as CDS receives confirmation from the Illinois State Dental Society (ISDS).


ADA members: Your 2024 or 2025 dues must be current to register as an ADA member. Please get in touch with your State Society for membership information.

Some courses have mandatory prerequisite sessions. These courses are marked with an "M".

Each registrant's name badge will be mailed via standard USPS to all United States, Canada and Mexico registrations made on/or before January 10. All badges will be sent to the primary contacts and addresses.


Any registrants registered after January 10th, whether added to an existing or new registration, will be held for onsite pickup. They will need the barcode in their itinerary and a photo ID to pick up their badge.


Any international registrations will be available for print and pickup on-site. Each registrant will need the barcode in their itinerary and a photo ID to pick up their badge.


There are no course/event tickets; therefore, you will only receive a Name badge.

Each registrant will receive an itinerary sent to their unique email, entered during registration on their profile page. The itinerary will display your sessions and events. The barcode on the badge will be scanned to allow access to course rooms.

The Lecture Package is an added value option available to all CDS members, dentists, tripartite and associates and the dental team they register with. The CDS member dentist and each of their registered team can opt for a special $275 (November and December) or $290 (January - February 15th) per person lecture package. This offer is available in November, December, January and through February 15 and is for paid lectures only; workshops are NOT included. Please note that specific lectures must be selected in advance. Lecture selections may be modified after initial purchase.
